The Conditional Redirect enables your visitor to be redirected to a page based on parameters from the previous step.
Sample Scenarios:
- Form Fields – a visitor may be redirected to a specific page in your funnel based on responses entered through text fields, checkboxes, radio buttons, and/or dropdown options.
- Page Visit Date – you may set redirect conditions based on the page visit date of the visitor
- URL Parameters – a condition can also be set on a URL parameter
- No Condition Is Met – if none of the set conditions are met, the visitor can be redirected to a specific page in your funnel
The Conditional Redirect function is still in beta. To turn on this feature, go to your Account Settings
1. Select For Mad Scientists Only
2. Switch on Conditional Redirect
3. Refresh the page and go back to the funnel builder
4. In the Funnel Builder, click on Actions & Scripts
5. Drag a Conditional Redirect component
6. Connect the Lead Capture Page to the Conditional Redirect component
7. Connect the Conditional Redirect component to the Pages where customers are supposed to be redirected
Form Fields
When you set a redirect condition on a Form Field, the visitor is redirected to a specific page based on responses entered in the Form Field.
To set the conditions:
1. Double click on the Lead Capture Page to load the Page Editor
2. Click on Add New
3. Select Form
4. Drag a Form Field (Text Input, Checkbox, Radio or Dropdown)
Example: Text Input

5. Click the Form Field to load up the side bar settings to update the Option Values
Field Value – Data that the system recognizes
Text Value – The text that will appear on the published page
Only Checkbox, Radio and Dropdown require an Option Value.
For Text Input, the option field is not required.
6. Click Save

7. Click the CTA button to load the sidebar Button Settings
8. Make sure that the CTA Button Link Setting is set to Next Page in Funnel
9. Click Save
10. In the Funnel Builder, click on the Conditional Redirect component
11. Click on Set Redirect Conditions button to load the Conditional Redirect Settings.
12. Set the Form Field conditions to redirect your visitors to be taken to a specific page in the funnel
On the example above, the condition set is to redirect the visitor to Page 1 if the checkbox form field for Free Delivery has been checked.

13. Click Save Properties
14. Publish the Funnel
Page Visit Date
When you set a Page Visit Date condition, it enables you to redirect the customer to a specific page based on the page visit date that you assign on the conditional redirect settings.
To set the conditions:
1. In the Funnel Builder, click on the Conditional Redirect component
2. Click on Set Redirect Conditions button to load the Conditional Redirect Settings.
3. Set the Page visit Date conditions to redirect your visitors to be taken to a specific page in the funnel
On the example above, the condition set is to redirect the visitor to Page 1 if the conditional redirect URL below is clicked on September 23, 2016
4. Click Save Properties
5. Publish the Funnel
URL Parameters
When you set a redirect condition on a URL Parameter, the appended URL will redirect to a page based on the URL variable.
To set the conditions:
1. In the Funnel Builder, click on the Conditional Redirect component
2. Click on Set Redirect Conditions button to load the Conditional Redirect Settings.
3. Set the URL Parameters conditions to redirect your visitors to be taken to a specific page in the funnel
On the example above, the condition set is to redirect the visitor to Page 1 if the conditional redirect URL clicked below has a slug “?size=Small” at the end
4. Click Save Properties
5. Publish the Funnel
No Condition Is Met
If the conditions are not met, you can redirect a visitor to a specific page in the funnel. If you don’t set this condition and a visitor submits a response that doesn’t meet any of the conditions, the visitor will be redirected to a 404 page.
To set the condition:
1. Connect the Conditional Redirect component to the page in funnel where the visitors are redirected if none if the conditions are met
2. In the Funnel Builder, click on the Conditional Redirect component
3. Click on Set Redirect Conditions button to load the Conditional Redirect Settings.
4. Set the conditions to No Other Condition is Met to redirect your visitors to be taken to a specific page in the funnel
