How do I redirect customers back to my Thank You Page after purchasing through my Amazon Order Form?

Unfortunately it looks like this can't be done. Amazon does not have the set up to redirect to other pages. Since you're operating through Amazon's website, they control what you can and cannot do. 

You may have to check with their support directly if they made any changes to their process.
